There are numerous benefits, if you are late and you need someone to feed your horse they can scan your sign to get the appropriate feed details, if your horse becomes ill when you are not there scanning the sign will not only give that person instant access to your number but also to your vet should one need to be called.

Can I take my EIC/Stable sign with EIC to a temporary stable such as a schooling holiday/Livery holiday or a show?

Yes they are very easily removed without causing any damage

Who has access to my details other than those I have shared with you?

Information is held on a secure server with regular updated security/anti virus measures, we do however recommend that you should only provide details that you are happy for any person to see when they scan your EIC, the EIC is there to enable anyone to help your horse, have instant access to an emergency contact/a vet should one be required and any other information that is required to benefit your horse if you are not there. Always get permission from people if you want to have their number visible.

How do I fit my new sign? 

Instructions will come with your sign on delivery,however there is also a link on the website that you can download and a tutorial video is also available on the website

Can you make a larger sign other than your standard 30cm x 12cm?

Yes we can make any size sign just head over to our bespoke page, you can send us an email requesting what size and we will tell you how much this will be

What are your signs made from?

All signs are made from solid oak

What fittings do you use?

We use hidden button fittings, for a seamless finish, the frame of the fitting is already attached to the back of the sign for your convenience and the screws and button fittings are delivered with your sign.

What protects the signs from discolouring or peeling?

We use Osmo UV protection oil, the very best for outdoor natural wood

For Users of Other Smartphones: If your device's camera does not immediately recognise the QR code, it is advisable to utilise a dedicated QR scanner app. These apps are readily available in your respective app store and are usually free. Upon downloading, open the app and scan the QR code to access the EIC.
